1950s Black Lace Wiggle Dress

Late 1950s wiggle dress of black lace over a "Nude" taffeta lining. The lace appears to be a soft cotton blend, while the lining is an acetate taffeta. The lace pattern is quite unusual with its abstract leaves mixed with squares. It's quite dramatic, and the satin band and bow is a nice touch. In the photo of the back the dress looks pulled a little because the form is too large for the dress. About a size 6, the dress measures approx. 36 1/2" bust, 27" waist, 38" hips, 16" waist length, and 24" skirt length. Excellent condition. #VD444
