#VD170 Edwardian Linen and Lace Embroidered Dress SOLD

Lovely Edwardian gown from about 1910, of white tissue linen with lots of lace and embroidery. It's shown over a bias-cut silk slip (not included). A flattering and very wearable style, especially for a wedding, it opens down the front and fastens with hooks and eyes. It's especially beautiful in back with the sailor style collar, and extra fullness in the skirt, suggesting a modified bustle effect.
