1980s Plaid Ruffled Steampunk Skirt

Saucy little 1980s skirt in a red plaid with a Victorian Steampunk feel. Of 100% nylon, and Made in the USA, the skirt is very well made and comes with a matching 79" long sash that's 11 1/2" at the narrowest width, and 21" wide at the ends. A size 6, the skirt measures approx. 26" waist, 38" hips, and 24" overall length. It's in excellent condition. #VS549
