1940s Black Rayon Damask Gown / Dress

Lovely early 1940s gown in a remarkable rayon crepe and satin damask with wheat, trees, horses, and even little houses as motifs. It has the original belt, shoulder pads, a side metal zipper, and a beautifully constructed front side drape that's typical of this period. About a size 8, it measures approx. up to 40" bust, 28" waist, up to 40" hips, 39" skirt length, and 55" overall length.
