1930s Cotton Voile Print Dress by Nelly Don SOLD



Mid 1930s flower print dress in cotton voile with a Nelly Don label. These everyday dresses from this period are very hard to find because they're usually worn out. There's a side metal zipper and little matching fabric loops decorating the sleeve ends and neckline. This style of dress was widely copied in the retro dresses of the 70's by Ossie Clarke and Foxy Lady. About a size 8-10, it measures approx. 15" across the shoulders, up to 40" bust, 30" waist, 40" hips, 16" waist length, and 29" skirt length. Shown with a simple bias cut slip, not included, the dress is in excellent condition except for some very faint yellowing on the upper back bodice. #VD367 SOLD
