Modernist Silver Pod Pin with Shell Mod

Modernist pod pin with insert shell, set in sterling silver. Unusual organic foliate form which resembles a Cross when worn vertically. There appears to some sort of markings on the back, but I can't make them out. It measures approx. 2 5/8" by 1 3/8". Excellent condition. #JB089
