1930s Print Silk Chiffon Dress and Jacket

Early 1930s dress and jacket in a lovely silk chiffon print of various flowers in green, purples, magentas, yellow and white on a black background. Shown over a black slip, not included, the dress is bias cut with shirring on the bodice, and the jacket has full, softly puffed sleeves. A larger size, the jacket measures approx. 17" across the shoulders, 45" bust, 13" sleeve end openings, and 20" overall length. Because the dress is bias cut, I'll give the measurements at the fullest. They are approx. up to 45" bust, 38" waist, and 45" hips. The length would depend on how much the dress is filled out. Probably the ensemble would look best on a size 12. There are two small mends on the jacket front near the bottom where it may have closed, but otherwise, the outfit is in excellent condition. #VD415
