Early 1960s Thai silk sheath wiggle dress by Amber Gowns in a beautiful deep forest green with a slight iridescence. About a size 8 petite, it measures approx. 16" across the shoulders, up to 39" bust, 28" waist, 40" hips, 15" waist length, and 22" skirt length.
