| Gorgeous Holly Harp dress with layers of cut silk velvet over a black satin silk charmeuse underdress. Holly Harp, 1930-1995, was a wonderful designer to movie and rock stars, who opened her first boutique on Sunset Strip in L.A. in 1968. Her clients included Janice Joplin, Grace Slick, Stevie Nicks, Bette Midler, Diana Ross, and Lauren Hutton. Her clothes are known for their quality, softness, and femininity. This dress is labeled a size M and measures approx. 17" across the shoulders, 24" outside sleeve length, up to 39" bust, 37" waist, 40" hips, and 55" long at the longest point. The scarf tie, which I've shown as a belt, is 80" long and 7" wide. A beautiful piece of very wearable fashion history, the dress is in excellent, like new, condition with its original fabric flower. | ||
